A coworker just make nlb's banana bread with WW flour and it's great!

Such a pleasant surprise, since subbing 100% whole wheat flour can often result in an inedible product.

She had never made banana bread and so I sent her the recipe, with the only instruction that she should be sure the bananas were nice and ripe (read: icky and black).

Huzzah, this elevates this recipe from obscenely decadent to obscenely decandent with additional insoluble fiber!
