A delicious heart attack

Last night the girls who live next door came to dinner. We had some Porchetta I'd made and frozen earlier in the summer in the freezer, so decided to do breakfast for dinner. We seared slices of Porchetta, brushed them with good quality maple syrup, and served with a scramble stuffed with lots of Asian goodies and duck fat pancakes. DUCK FAT PANCAKES ROCK!!!!!! I found this recipe in a new cookbook I just ordered, called Sugar Shack. It's Canada's famous Au Pied De Cochon's second cookbook and it is incredible.

Anyway, these pancakes kick butt so I wanted to share the recipe. Fortunately Bon Appetite did a feature on these guys so the recipe is available online.
