A dumb question, but to Lizzie or anyone else who made the chocolate mice/moles, how

did you put the dipped cherries against the kisses without having finger-blobs ruin the chocolate coating? Skewer near the tail? Then how do you get it out without disturbing the still-wet chocolate? You can't just lower it onto the kiss with the tail, because of its pointed "nose"... this isn't as easy as it looks!

Oh yes, it was a dumb question... the stems are sturdy enough so that all you

have to do is push 'em together.

After I posted, I was thinking about dipping the cherries, letting them cool/dry and then attaching them to the kisses with melted chocolate, but didn't have to do that either... now I get the idea of putting them on an Oreo cookie though; it makes for a base so you don't have to push and just hope they hold.

Twenty-eight mice, all set to go.) All done by 9 a.m.

Yup, I just pushed them together...I only made a couple,...then

let my high schooler finish them. Mine weren't exactly pretty...but since they were "moles," it was just fine!
