I just got mine! Woo hoo! Had to try back a bunch of times. I've heard good...

...reviews of this new product in the media, so hopefully it'll live up to the hype. They tried to do the baked chicken before, and the rotisserie as well, and both tanked.

My fear is that it'll be loaded with salt. We'll see!

Wendy's had a baked chicken breast filet sandwich a few years back and I bought...

...thousands of pounds of the over-production on the frozen filets.

They tasted so good, and were so easy to saute... I kept a few 18-pound cases in a chest freezer just for fun.

Our KFC is not participating. Too bad, really. In this economy, I think they are making the wrong decision not to participate. Being a small town we have 5 fast foods, the others being McD's, SubWay, DelTaco and BK. All except KFC are slammed at rush hours and stay steady the rest of the day.

I've worked across from KFC for 8 years now and have eaten from there a handful of times as their food is usually cold and stale. With my schedule, eating on the run is a requirement and no one in the office even considers them. We'll take the trip to "go into town" for something else. You'd think they would take the opportunity to bring in new and even returning customers, especially since they would be reimbursed by KFC.

I'll have to wait for someone else to give the review on the unfried chicken.

 
jean, our KFCs will honor them starting May11---some excuse about ordering problems

yadayadayada,,,so maybe check back with your KFC next week. I think the website had something about contacting them if your KFC didn't honor the coupon. might not be worth the hassle.

 
The coupons aren't valid on Mother's Day but El Polo Loco WILL honor the KFC coupon that day only.

This will become known as the Great Chicken War.
