A friend wants me to clone this wine biscuit but I need help. I've actually found a wine biscuit

recipe on King Arthur and a blog that tried to clone them (I think her recipe was just KA).

However...doing the math comparison between KA and the packages nutritional information and list of ingredients, the only glaring problem I have is the wine. WHY do they list it first? Isn't that supposed to mean it has the highest proportion of ingredient weight to the overall recipe?

Or ...is that just an invalid assumption I'm making?

KA's #1 ingredient is wheat. I wondered if American Wine takes a larger amount of wine and then either reduces or dehydrates it (to concentrate the flavor) and that's why it's still listed as the #1 ingredient.
