Recently we stayed at a hotel near the airport after dropping off our rental car. The staff recommended having dinner at the Hilton to which we could walk. I expected typical open-all-day- hotel-restaurant food and was delighted to have a wonderful dinner of corn encrusted red snapper with grilled shrimp. It was perfect and I'm wondering how I could get a recipe for this (I no longer subscribe to BA or Gourmet so I doubt they'd do the request). Does anyone have suggestions on how I could obtain the recipe? TIA!
