I save the inner sack from cereal boxes and use them to pound out chicken breasts, beef for braciole, etc. There's no splattering and the meat slides easily with out sticking and tearing. Best of all, they're free and easily disposable. I don't cut them, just slip the meat in, fold the top under loosely and pound away.

 
not being a consumer of cereal, i use gallon freezer bags. they recycle well. too.

it is becoming hard to find here. It seems to b e the only one we like and we've been eating it exclusively for about 10 years.

Just like lipstick colours. You get a good one and it gets discontinued.

 
My dh eats it and those are the bags I collect the most. They carry it in the grocery stores here.
