I marinated shrimp for a few hours and skewered and grilled them. Here is what i marinated them in. Keep in mind that I am the youngest one and the least experienced one in my crowd...
All of these are approximate measurements.
2.5 lbs shrimp
1/2 cup garlic diced and mashed with 1 tsp coarse salt
2-3 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
4 tbsp olive oil
zest from 1 orange and juice
skewered
grilled
garnished with rosemary sprigs and served! It was beautiful and could be served at any temperature. (tailgating anyone?)
