If you liked that Sizzling Cumin Lamb soup I have a new dish for you to try. While this has some similarity to chinese scallion pancakes, I find it far more delicious. This is my favorite street food I've tried in China, and I've never managed to find a recipe for it in English. thanks to a chinese colleague who scoured some chinese language websites, and a friend's mom who was willing to translate, we adapted this into the tastes I remember. Hope you like it!

Ha, I laugh everytime I visit your blog---that cake picture! love this post and the picture.

but I may have spit some coffee out while reading it! such an interesting life you have.

HAHAHAHA Thank you.

The day I start having to write like a "serious food blogger" (don't get me started on that topic), rather than just someone sharing recipes with friends, is the day I take that crap down smileys/smile.gif

Marc, you look seriously nerdy in that picture. Not sure if it's the glasses or my father's jacket.

I didn't realize that this was your blog - TOTALLY fabulous Marc!

Love the pic:) BTW - in our house we rate recipes with 'keeper' and 'company dish' being the ones we keep:)

Also...I have a potty mouth too. BAD potty mouth...

Oh, wow. Who knew the forum auto-censored bad language?!?

I can't believe it took me this long to figure it out. smileys/smile.gif

Michael, the funniest thing about your beeeeetchy (take that, censoring autocorrect) comment is that you dont know how right you are. I bought that nerdy coat because it's wired with controls on the cuff to play an ipod you connect inside.

I know. Just give me a swirly now.

Oh, you know I love you, Marc. And I've seen enough of your

Facebook postings to know exactly what you are trying to convey! I expected it.
