A new tool for olive oil and some good information,I have used a pump-spritz type of

nan

Well-known member
dispenser for olive oil for quite some time. Too often when I am busy it seems to clog and needs cleaning. This looks like a good answer and better than trying to drizzle from big bottle. And, also it's attractive if one has the counter space--think I'll make room!

Pretty cool website too.

Also to check on those old McCormick spices age--there is a code on the bottle you can type in at www.mccormick.com and it will show when it was manufactured.

And a Happy December 23rd to All,

Nan

Hey, it's a chemistry lab pipette. Good idea. I use a tiny oil jar with a stretched out

neck that gives the teeniest flow. Only cost $3. But not nearly as pretty.

You are so smart and I'm so tempted!!Will probably get it-sucker for kitchen pretty stuff that works

So timely. I'm making a simple Zuppa Inglese for Christmas dinner dessert. I'm using a Muscato

for one layer of lady fingers and a sherry for another. I needed something to drizzle the liquors carefully. You reminded me...I used to use a plastic straw as a pipette to do this. I haven't made one in about 25 years and your message reminded me. (I think our minds get so stuffed as we keep accumulating 'stuff')

Thanks Nan. Merry Christmas.
