I came up with this while wanting to bake Arthelene's cookies (which are sunflower seeds, pumpkins, chocolate chips, brown sugar, whole wheat flour).
I decided I didn't want to bake them...here's what I came up with...they are delicious, very filling, you can only eat one or two at a time.
1 C WHOLE OATS
1/2 C SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/2 C PUMPKINS SEEDS
1/2 C PECANS
1/8 C FLAX SEEDS
1/2 C COCOA NIBS
1-1/2 C RAISINS
1/2 C DRIED CHERRIES
1/8 C HONEY (I used Tupelo)
BLEND ALL BUT HONEY IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL IT BREAKS DOWN. GRADUALLY POUR IN HONEY THROUGH THE CHUTE UNTIL IT HOLDS TOGETHER.
USING OILED FINGERS, PRESS THESE INTO HALF-DOLLAR SIZE UNBAKED COOKIES. CHILL. Enjoy!
