A question for BC, Vancouverites

I will be parking my car at the CPR station for a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer in the later part of May and I would like to know where will I find Estrom Port Salut also called Danish Port salut that is not a major road trip from the station?

We will also be at the Sheraton Wall Centre on Burrard St. the day before we pick up the car from the station, so we will be on foot while at the hotel.

Have you checked out the Granville Island market vendors? There are wonderful products there that

you can probably research online. And not too far from you.

Unfortunately as far as I know Esrom/Danish Port Salut is no longer being imported into Canada at the moment. I haven't been able to get it for some time. But we do carry an incredibly strong German Tilsit and an almost as strong Danish Tilsiter. Both are definitely worth trying if you enjoy Esrom. 
I will have to try a sample when we get there.

 
I have done the trip many times with parents and a tent

My wife and I have done this rail trip once before on our 10th anniversary. This is our 25th so we are doing the round trip from Vancouver - Jasper - Banff - Vancouver, then we fly over to Sonora Resort.
Since we are foodies this is 5 star dining also known as the Gold Leaf and the dome car is only available to Gold Leaf peeps.
I just missed being bombed while in Europe twice but I expect bombing to be extremely low this time.
