A recipe for AngAK... this is one I grew up with -- Velveeta AND spam

This is an appetizer, or lunch, depending on the size of your bread... we never named it, it was just a family recipe.

1 lb. Velveeta, roughly grated

1 can Spam, chopped

1 small can tomato sauce

1 small can black olives, chopped

2 Tbl. finely grated onion (or more to taste)

Mix all together and spread on bread. Toast quickly in oven, or toaster oven, until hot and melty.
