At Vassar we had a broccoli endowment...

It being a girl's school and all... and we had broccoli at every lunch and dinner!

In the kitchen we had CIA students, as it was just down the road, and the stuff they came up with to cook/disguise broccoli... I wish I could remember it all..

But oh man.. is this lil' guy adorable!!

Actually, I like the cooked stems better that the flowery top... something about the texture.
