A while ago I saw a recipe here that had a "Note" at the bottom (Pat's, I think) that said

"sometimes I use cooked frozen shrimp". That's all I can remember the recipe said but I thought - what a good idea, I'm going to do it since I have quite a lot of cooked frozen shrimp. Now I can't find the recipe and wonder if any of you remember it?
