A year ago we had a thread about treasured family recipes - especially handwritten

ones. Which led to us looking at a way to transfer the handwriting to an apron or tea towel (an idea from Pinterest).

Anyway, Christmas is coming and so I looked up the idea again and EVEN BETTER found an Etsy shop that will do it for you! For only $33 which I think is a STEAL. Anyway, I'm totally getting my mom an apron this Christmas with one of my Grandma's handwritten recipes printed on it. Thought some of you might be interested too.

I'm thinking you could do this yourself....wouldn't be too hard....

You could scan the recipe card
If you need to clean up the image or crop/size the image - most photo editors can do that easy
then print to the photo transfer paper
then iron on to an apron.....

Hmmmm........ this gives me an idea for the next family reunion........
