re-heated to glaze consistency, or just used firm to make some truffles? It was my first time making ganache. so easy and good.

make balls out of the chilled ganache, roll in cocoa. enjoy your truffles! you can also reheat the ganache as well. it's so versatile and durable.

 
Thanks everyone. what a dilemma---truffles or dipped strawberries. Now I need to make even more.
