I had a bag full of frozen chicken and had just made a big pan of roasted Greek eggplant (kinda like the briami). So I threw the frozen chicken in the "dirty" pan, covered with foil, and baked for about 1 hour 15 min. YUM!!!! All the yummy pan flavors made the chicken SO flavorful.
