Addictive cheese

I'm loving cheese more the older I become. My new fave right now is a

white cheddar with green onions. Suberb!

 
Can I ask about SCAMORZA (smoked mozzarella). Yotam called for it in his

cauliflower frittata, but I had no luck finding it. So I just used regular mozz and regular paprika.

I don't like most smoked things (paprika, chipotles, most smoked meats) so I wondered if this cheese would ruin the dish.

However, it turned out nice, if a tad boring. Served each portion with a heaping tsp of harissa and all of that was used.

Gee...I guess boring is what's left after you remove all the smokiness.
