I'm in awe of people who have patience for that kind of thing. Same with this. My friend makes these
funky colorful pastas with vegetable juices. Extract the juice, then make 6 colors of pasta, roll them each out, then press them together, roll that out, cut in sheets, make each rolled piece of pasta, loop it on a dowel to try, then boil, toss in sauce and eat. What?! I enjoy being a passive viewer, watching her make this stuff, but oof! Never gonna happen in my kitchen. smileys/smile.gif
