I finally got around to trying the recipe.

In my usual manner of not following recipes, I poured the sauce over boneless, skinless chicken breast that was still slightly forzen...baked for 45 minutes, and it was perfect!

This is going into my T&T files!

I'm still trying to find an excuse to get to LA so you can feed me a meal, or 6.

I'm expecting you to cook me the meal to die for!

Perhaps as an encore, we hit the local gastropub.

I will "Thai one on" for the entire trip!

 
Steve, Judy is the consumate lady, you have nothing to fear...

except whether she is going to outlast you. And I have the impression that you have quite the hedonistic little kitchen. Judy will one up you and ask for the next course, quite innocent I may add.

I must say, you are quite the individual. That big yankee backbone, the "I know who I am" determined quest to find out the new, the inquisitiveness, the explorations of the unexplored...

You are quite the character and I am so proud that I know you!

Steve could do very well to plan a banquet around your visit, and then say, I knew Judy when...
