Aghhh! Help! I promised my "chicken scampi" for out-of-town friends and now I can't find the recipe!

While searching, I came accross a reference to a posting on Gail's--but the recipe had been altered.

 
C, it was...unmemorable. My "kitchen mojo" is way off and I over-cooked the chicken,

added too much pasta (so the coating stuff (onions, crumbs, etc) was too sparce) and dried it out in the oven because I was worried about undercooking it.

 
Probably because you stressed over it too much. I hate when that happens, too, and it sometimes

does when I cook for company. I probably overthink everything.
