the BEST apricot jam EVER...have to save two for next year's fair.....

Now I start on the gingerbread house and thinking to do a replica of the San Rafael Mission......

then I get to spend the weekend before the 4th baking!!!!!

sorry, i phrased that incorrectly, made the deadline with the entires BUT(more)

I had a killer apricot jam (and others) that I didn't know I would have made at entry time....
I'll save some of those jars for next year...it was the first time I had GOOD tasting apricots in years!!!!!
