O orchid Well-known member Oct 20, 2008 #4 My guy went shopping for me Sat. and I see he picked up a acorn squash. This is perfect! And I think I'll put in some blue cheese instead of the Parm. Sounds like a perfect side with some grilled pork chops. Yum!
