Depends what you're looking for...

There are the academies, and there are private classes... Here are a few discoveries....
Good Eats Cooking Classes by Paulette; A Taste of Summer; Napoli Culinary Academy has all kinds of options; and Whole Foods seems to offer cooking classes. I found some other references, but June seems to be a month they're all taking off. Isn't that just the luck? Some of us can FINALLY do something like that, but it's summer...so they go on hiatus!

Well rats - it's about 2-1/2 hours away so I'm not sure we could make it. Sounds like fun!

oh, and just noticed it's THIS weekend.... I won't be up there until the 14th

I went and it was great....a jam-packed day filled with tours of their lovely gardens,

informative garden lectures, food demos by celebrity and guest chefs (had my photo taken with Tom Douglas ), wine tasting, tons of food samples (I was stuffed when I left...lol), lots of vendor booths to explore, and several really good live bands spaced around the 7 acres. Came away with new ideas for the home and garden and recipes too. It was a great day and a nice way to relax and unwind from the previous week!
