I had a really good recipe from back in the 1970's that could be kept for weeks in the fridge. Somehow misplaced that recipe and have tried a couple of others but none were as good as what I remember my old recipe making.

Please post any T&T healthy muffin recipes. (whole grain, preferred) Thanks a bunch!

Just what I'm looking for! Thanks Marilyn!

I have everything but the fresh orange. I do have orange extract and will try that until I can get to store. We love cranberry orange muffins!!!!

My DH is going to be so happy to have baked goods when he gets home tonight!

We got our new stove and dishwasher installed over the weekend so thought I'd try it out. Just put a big pot of stew on to cook, too.

Feels good to be cooking again, even though it'll be easy quick stuff for until my time is freed up a bit.

Thanks again!

Love ya!

LOL even has WW Points!!

I'm getting ready to either do WW, Sonoma or SouthBeach so this helps a lot!

You da best! smileys/smile.gif

Have some in the oven....

Not exactly the same - I tweaked a little, also. Smell great!

Love your nickname for them! haha Guess that'll keep one from eating too many of them! smileys/tongue.gif Egads!

My best friend, Lori, has been looking for a low fat cranberry orange muffin recipe for a long time. I'm testing this out and will give her some tomorrow. She will be so happy!

I am, too! I'll be using the dates, also, as I'm really not much on raisins. Though, I do like that you plump then puree them. Think that concept will make for a moister texture whether you use raisins or dates.

Thanks again, Marilyn!
