I also found the Lou Malnati's recipe online and am considering trying to make that. But I'm not sure I'm up to that. He's very devoted to the real thing. smileys/smile.gif A few years ago we went out to New Mexico for a few months and took some of the frozen Lou Malnati's with us. They were pretty good--not as good as fresh out of the oven, but not bad for frozen.
I'm more of New York style pizza girl myself--Lou's crust is too rich for me.
