Amanda, the white chocolate: heavy cream should be a 4:1 ratio. I goofed

2 oz is 1/4 Cup which is 4 Tbl.

I only used 2 Tbl, which would be 1 oz.

Wanted to repost this in case you didn't see my correction further up.

So:

4 oz Ghiradelli white chocolate bar

1 oz (2 TBL) of heavy cream.
