I had this dip while visiting with an old Epi friend and he was kind enough to share the recipe.

It's from Marc/Seattle who now resides in Austin, TX.

Miso Gochujang Dip

Marc's recipe

1 cup white miso,

¼ cup gochujang,

2 garlic cloves,

1 piece of ginger peeled,

¼ c up of sesame seed,

3T of sesame oil,

1/4 cup of medium brown sugar

Blend. If too thick, add mirin.

Use FP or it will take too much mirin to blend it.

Garnish with more sesame seed.

It's great as a dip for raw veggies, like cucumbers, celery or red bell pepper.

Ha...I have every single one of these ingredients! (dirty white secret: I've never even opened the White Miso and now have NO idea why I ever bought it)

I've got company staying over who lean toward veggies, so this will be nice to add to the mix.

Thanks to Judy AND Marc!
