Ang- I made the cranberry bread last night. I found, at the last minute, that I didn't have

cranberries so I used TJ's dried cherries. Really, really good. Very moist and more cake like than quickbread. My co op has dried mixed fruit bags and I think I'll try it with that.

I made the mini sized and DH and I almost finished one with coffee last night.

Yay! I really liked this recipe, even though I have a ton of cranberry bread recipes. they held up

well for mailing too. Funny, but I was going through my recipe box(a big cardboard box with printed out recipes, oh my)and trying to sort out some to the shred pile and I was going to throw out this recipe booklet. I decided to give it a quick look-see, and by golly, I found at least 3 great recipes in it. so, my shred pile did not grow very much.
