I made these cookies yesterday for a co-worker who was craving soft sugar cookies. These fit the bill exactly, soft and chewy and really easy to make! She loved them (she tried another sugar cookie recipe last week and was so dissapointed at how crispy those ones turned out). Thanks so much.
