AngAK - the Homemade Oreos were DELISH! My DH has about demolished them :)

I left out 1/2 cup of the sugar as you recommended and they were just perfect. I'm thinking of making them again and putting in a chocolate cream filling. Even a chocolate mint cream would be fantastic.
