By the way, I blended the hazelnut praline (too sweet) with my so-so cream fraiche (too tart)

and smeared it in the middle of a cinnamon coffee cake, then sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top of THAT, then added some of the cinnamon topping, then put the rest of the batter on, then the final cinnamon topping. Perfect!

Well, maybe not perfect...too much cinnamon topping, but a close effort. it was completely scarfed up, but then this control group would eat anything that didn't try to eat them first.
