I used a Linzer cutter so they were round with heart cutouts. Didn't like the curd recipe, though - tasted too 'eggy', so I'll stick with my own next time. Lovely little cookie, though - nice texture, and pretty with the lemon curd poking thru the middle. I dusted them with powdered sugar and the guests loved them!
