Another fabulous appetizer: Frico 'Tacos' with Mache

My cookbook group gathered last night to cover Martha Stewart's Hors d'oeuvre and Cookie books. This recipe was one of my favorites. The dressing is bold and assertive, and stands up nicely to the Asagio tacos. I'll be making the dressing again as a regular salad offering.
