I was known as Ginger DC on Gail's from 1996 til the demise of that great site.Missed it ever since.I loved the spirit of the site,the feeling of being in the kitchen talking food & life wi people like Harimad,Marg,Richard,etc.Some of my best dishes came from Gail friends.Anyway,I am a bookdealer who loves to cook.Eating & reading....sublime.I'm just starting to understand that I won't be here forever so I'm thrilled to find another site with great food & kindred spirits.
