This was excellent. My DH likes all his food either swimming or crawling to the table so I did 3 large racks of ribs in the oven the recipe way and one rack of ribs I just marinaded in the sauce....I used Nescafe instant..not expresso as I could not find it...and the sauce turned out super-duper!/ It was also great used as a "mop" over the Kalua pork, some folks said.

We are all rolling to bed with the excellent repast we've had tonight.

 
OK here it is #2160 number 2.... thanks curious it is super....

infact I was spanking away the hands that were trying to snitch a taste before the finale BBQ (braaing) of the racks.....
A keeper sauce, that's for sure.
