I made some quick "turtle" candies using 2 mini M&Ms for eyes to look like funny creatures
I used some toasted pecans and layed them out with one in the middle and 2 sticking out of each end for "feet'. I then melted some caramels and put a generous dab in the middle to anchor the pecans, then added another pecan to the middle to build it up a bit. Then poured melted chocolate over the caramel/pecan middle and put the 2 M&Ms on one side of the hump. Looked a bit like cousin IT from the Adams Family.---or the Banana Splits of 60s TV infamy. Wish I had a picture, but they are in the mail.
