I really like that buttercream idea! I’m going to try it. I thought it was fondant, which I don’t like to eat, so was surprised it wasn’t. I’m really spoiled by smb though, so will see if I can get it to work. So far I can’t get it as stiff as American buttercream and that makes decorating with it much more difficult.

I use it to make black chocolate cakes for Halloween. Works really well.
