Another rave for the Orange Hoisin Chicken from Pat/No CA - I tweaked it

because I didn't have all the ingredients, it was wonderful. I'm sure it will be even better when I make it as written.

I subbed orange juice concentrate (2 Tbs) for the marmalade, and used dried ginger (scant 1 tsp) in place of the fresh. Sooooo yummy!

We had it warm with rice and asparagus for dinner, then room temp sliced over salad greens the following day.

And another one - 175 very happy diners!

I made at at work the other night and I ran out! I served it with rice and broccoli - I use chix 1/4's and they looked great!

 
I forgot to say I used b/s chicken breasts - cut into bite-sized chunks and

par-roasted in the oven, finished on the grill.

So good!

 
We had leftovers tonight -- sliced thin and used as a filling for quesadillas

with shredded mozzerella cheese. It was yummy and easy!

 
Tried this tonight and it has gone into my favourite recipes cookbook

I made this tonight after agonizing over what to do with my chicken other than the same old, same old. Wonderful flavour and so easy!! Thank you for sharing this recipe Pat.
