member posted recipes there over the years that I didn't find elsewhere, some from Cook's Country, for example. The forum was supposed to close yesterday but it seems there's been a little more time allotted. So if anyone wants recipes from there, you have 3 or 4 days to retrieve them.http://community.cookinglight.com/forum.php

 
That is very sad. I never posted on their boards, but I am sad for their community. Perhaps they

will find their way here to eat.at

 
There are messages on every page saying they have found a new home

and many have already migrated over to it. It seems a few of the posters jumped in and got another site going. Way to go! Jump in and get it done instead of complaining....good for them! Nice site, i have not visited it for years.
