I am so sorry. I can't even test it myself, because so far out of 30+ tests, I've only seen the error once.

So, can you please send out MORE test messages, and if you get the error, then immediately clean out your temporary files and cookies (by clicking on Tools > Internet Options in IE) and then try to re-send it? And report back?

Sorry for the hassle, and thanks to anyone who is inclined to take the time to help us figure this out.

 
Mimi, instead of cleaning out all cookies, there's a way to just clean out the Finer Kitchens

cookies. I don't want to clean out all the cookies - did it once and I had to re-register to every single site and forum I go to! Needless to say, it was a drag. On the other hand, about a year ago, when I had problems with one particular site, they told me how to just erase cookies for their site. Unfortunately, I forgot exactly how to do it. Can you ask one of the tech guys about this? Thanks.

 
Ok, Here's the deal Mimi. I sent a message to someone I have been trying>>>

to send a message to for over a week just saying "test" with a short message inside. It went out. So I immediately wrote a nice long message that I have been trying to send and it would not go. I cleaned out all the cookies and temp. files and it still wouldn't go. Bummer!

 
The PM's are still intermittent. Two out of three I just sent went through.

Don't want to clean out all my cookies (see my previous response above - #2).

 
Do you think logging out, then in again would do anything? How do I find out what my user name is?

Doesn't show up on the account info.
