it was really good!! When I went to unwrap it, it felt like a brick and I said uh oh. When cut, it was airy and light. Great base for fruit compote, ice cream or whipped cream.

Not sure, I never have enough room to freeze cakes smileys/smile.gif I will try it tonight with what's left
