It's already in T&T under beef.
Here's a good thing to know: The instructions say to marinate the flank steak for exactly one hour.
Well, our exactly one hour went from 3:00 pm on Tuesday to 7:30 pm on Wednesday with No degradation (at least to our minds.)
Larry just laid the strips on the broiler pan and did them for 6 minutes...skipped the skewering step. Also skipped the freeze the meat step too...just sliced it directly out of the frig.
Very good, with or without the peanut sauce. Our house smelled like Ruths Chris's Steak House.
I think it will make fabulous sandwiches on a good ciabatta bread.
We're trying the marinade with chicken next.
