Another vote for the red lentil and quinona soup. I added a lamb bone I had in the freezer. So good.

Glad you enjoyed it, and I bet the lamb bone gave it a boost. I've made three...

...batches in the last week. Last time I diced up a jalapeno and added it with the ginger.

I made this soup today for dinner and I love it! I don't care for quinoa so I used

whole wheat instead, and it tasted great.

I think this one will become a staple in our household: It's tasty, healthy and vegetarian. AND I can easily add chicken to it for The Meat Eater.

 
Made the soup for today's lunch and we loved it. Added 2 extra cups of broth so it was soupier.
