for a backyard bbq. I ordered the pink peppercorns and some fresh herbs de provence (mine was old) from Penzys on Monday and happily they arrived Friday!

It was delicious! We also had some whole wheat pita, grilled to warm it a bit, and some delicious hummus brought by a guest. This was great together topped with a bit of the feta!

I add my recommendation to the chorus of cheers for this dish. Try it, you'll like it.................

Wouldn't the ingredients (minus the fresh feta) be a lovely hostess gift!

A little tin of Herbes, a little tin of red peppercorn, a small bottle of good olive oil, all resting in a pretty flat rimmed dish.

Tied up with the recipe and some fru-fru ribbons.
