My friend Cristina Potters is a former NYC chef, now giving food tours in Mexico. I was on the hunt for a braised pork dish and she swears by this one, says I'll forgo anything else. A local restaurant serves this pork and we absolutely love it. I want to try other things at this place, but we always order the pork. . . must resist! Thanks again!
