Any Greek liqueur afficionados out there? I have an unopened bottle of Metaxa that is at least 25

years old (been following me everywhere). Is it better, worse or the same when it was bottled? Should I dump it or give it to someone who might appreciate it? Thanks.

 
I am pretty sure it should be about the same, the only thing that--

may have affected it would be extreme temperatures?
It will also be okay after opening, I would have a thimble full with coffee after dinner.
I would also use it in recipes that call for brandy.
