I hear they are hot - hotter than jalapenos. They are used in sauces a lot and in rocoto rellenos - meat stuffed peppers. What else can I do with them?
Add some to jam or jelly you are making? Add a couple to the crockpot while
cooking chicken, making chili, hot and spicy spaghetti sauce with sausage, add to a salad? I don't really use too many hot peppers, but DH loves 'em. Oh! How about with eggs as in a fretta?
