Any ideas for 6" Easter cookie cutters, other than cookies?

Roll out pie crust and use the cutouts for strawberry shortcake, or just sprinkle w/cinnamon sugar

 
for Christmas I pour fudge into big cutters for molds. fudge fudge, pnut butter fudge, marbled,

you get the idea. I make easy fluff fudge. I gave the cutters as gifts, so I don't know how easy it is to remove the fudge in one piece, but buttering generously and a sharp small knife should work well.

 
Hang from a ribbon? Cut out/form chocolate...

When I was a kid mom made an Easter Tree every year. Basically it was a tree branch painted white, in a pot painted white filled with rock salt to stick the branch in. Then we decorated the branches with blown out colored Easter eggs hung from ribbons. So something along those lines - you could hang them up as decor.

Also melt/spread chocolate on a silpat, then use cutters when warm so instead of cookies, you have chocolate cut out figures? Form hole to create ribbon hanger, press in candies, etc.
